By commissioning me you agreed to my Terms of Service.

I will draw your commission in my style only.

Canvas size for illustration and reference sheet, 300 dpi, A4 or 3000X3000~ pixels

You will receive a watermarked & unwatermarked PNG file with my logo and a credit to the commissioner.

Prices are subject to change depending on the details.

If your commission has a paid background, you have free props/pets for a maximum of 2 (this applies only to simple details; complicated or detailed props will have an additional fee).

I have to know first your commission details like characters, poses, skin, hair and eye colour, clothes wearing, the background, etc.

If the commission is beyond my skills, I have the right to cancel/decline your commission request.

If you want to use the commission for commercial purposes, there will be an additional charge. +50%~150%, depending on use and commission type.

Privacy fee: 50%~100% of total price.

For illustration, You will have 2 free revisions for minor changes that can only be used during the sketch phase (Rough sketch> Clean Sketch) and Flat Colours only. Additional $5- $15 for additional revisions and making minor/major changes in that phase. But at the end of the phase, if you want colour adjustments, please let me know.

Line art/pose can be changed if you want major revisions.

I, the artist, hold every right to produce the drawing, not the commissioner.

I have the right to promote/post the commissioned work– personal or commercial use, to my social media accounts. I have the right to keep all my commissioned work in public, and use it in my portfolio with credit to the commissioner; unless you’d like your information to be confidential, that’s okay too!

You cannot sell the commissioned art. Whether it’s commercial use or personal use, it’s not allowed. The only exception are character designs & PNGTuber reactive images.

All personal use commissions can be used for self print, PFP in multiple SNS, wallpaper, Banner etc.

All commercial use commissions will have additional charges: What are considered commercial use is any commissioned art that will be used in Physical/Digital monetization (art prints/merch/promotions etc.), broadcasting, livestreaming, or any media content use.

You can print the personal use artwork and claim that the character is yours, not the artwork itself.

You can post the artwork and must credit me.

You cannot claim the artwork as your own, reproduce or sell the artwork, use it for NFT (even if it’s a commercial use) and AI related, edit or remove the watermark and signature, and post the artwork with no proper credit.

Watermark files can be used for posting purposes. This is to avoid art theft, etc. Watermark is a text with format like this: (© Year Commissioned by Your Name/Client | Art by Reendeff with my logo)

Heavy furry

Heavy Mecha (e.g robots, transformers, vehicles etc.)

Heavy NSFW

Realism or Semi-realism (Realism-anime in my style is fine)

Replicating other artist's art style (either popular or small artists) or any anime series.

NFT's or AI

Once you filled the Commission Form and submitted it, please allow me to review your request for 24 hours.

I will contact you via your preferred contact method you filled in the form. And we can discuss more of your requests.

All commission requests will undergo this workflow.

Commission request review/discussion → Payment (Full or Half) → Rough sketch → Clean sketch → Line art → Flat colours → Rendering → 60% progress → Final Touches → Final Output.

If there are no outfits available yet, you will get 2 rough coloured sketch concepts of character design and outfits.

You have to pick only one before we can proceed to finalizing your character design.

After you pick the final design, you’ll get another clean-colored sketch with additional details and major revisions.

After the confirmation from you, I will proceed to next phases: Line art > Flat colour > Cel shading > Touch ups > Final output

After the reference sheet is done, we’ll tackle your character splash art (if there's any)

Almost the same workflow at the start but additional phases when rendering: sketch > line art > Flat colours > Character rendering > BG rendering (if there’s any) > Finalising > Done

For reference sheets, it’s the same workflow as above but without the character design process.

My usual TAT for Character Illustration can take 3-10 days; for custom and non-custom Reference Sheet, 5-14 Days; For Reference Sheet & Character Design, 12-30 Days; Reactive PNG's, 7-14 Days.

It may take me faster or longer than my usual TAT so, TAT is flexible depending on your request and feedbacks/response.

I will only start your commission if you paid in full or Half.

If I have commissioned work in progress when you requested, please understand that I can only start yours when I'm done with the current project. You can pay me when I can focus on your request or you can pay me in advance.

You will get a message from me, a watermarked screenshot of my progress and every phase.

Please note that all of my commissions have 2 free revisions; While the Reference Sheet & Design has unlimited revisions. These revisions can be used in the sketch phase only.

Once the sketch phase, Line art and flat colours are done. You cannot ask for changes unless for colour adjustments, it’s free.

Starting from the rendering phase until last, I will be on full throttle. Meaning, you don't need to worry about replying back to my updates. Unless something urgent comes up.

For clients who paid half at the beginning, you need to send the other half payment before I can send the files to you.

Fully paid clients can get their files faster.

Files will be sent thru Gmail or GDrive link.

You can opt in for Full upfront payment or 50% payment first then the other at the end of commission. If the commission reaches more than 150 USD, we can discuss payment plans.

If your payment method is PayPal Invoice, there would be an additional payment for the PayPal Invoice fee (5%~ of Total Price)

Payments will be accepted in USD through a PayPal invoice. OR if you’re a client from the Philippines GCash/Maya is acceptable.

Once I confirm your commission request and finalize what we agreed upon for the payment, I will send you an invoice. You have to pay the discussed price within 48 hours of notice. If you failed and have a valid reason, I will hold your request until you pay. But with no response during the time limit, I will cancel your request.

I do not accept commission request that's sketch first before payment. I had bad experience from it. I hope you understand.

Strictly no cancellation once I started your commission.

If you paid in advance while your request or slot is pending and I haven’t yet started your request, you can ask for a refund and cancel your slot.

I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
